very true.....unless you are dealing with the high end developments like Al dea de Goa where they have their way of getting things done.....and let me tell you they very rarely disappoint...

Yeah! I believe that foreigners are having problems..... The Company loop hole will also be closed very soon...from what I hear. I am An OCI but do have a couple of neighbors who are non Indians and...

If you are interested in Indonesian (Javanese/Balinese) furniture, I know of some one who has just brought in a 40' cntr....This is all Teak wood.
