Just make sure you download the "international officers" application form as there are a few additional sections over the regular form.

Yes, they use Pepper Spray (OC).
Firearm is a Glock 22 (.40 S&W)
Taser X26
Baton is a Monadlock (similar to ASP)
Cuffs are Peerless or S&W, not sure (the chain link type, not the solid ones like...
