Thanks for your replies........Tom is 17yrs had some turbulence on way out so that might have been the problem,,,,Tried distraction techniques but nothing worked.....second time we managed to get him...

Hi Anastacia..... don't lose heart ... unfortunately you'll probably have to get your qualifications recognised..... I was an Auxiliary in the UK but had gone back to college at night and done in job...
