My property is on the Ionian Coast and I was so impressed with the area and set up that I have been recommending inspection trips to various people lately. Not sure if I am the same Tim though.

I bought off plan in Calabria last June. I was not able to get a reduction in the purchase price and nor was I able to get any flexibility in the stage payments. Seems that demand is so high that...
