That is not true. It depends on the address on the matriculation of the car, not on the residencia of the owner. At least that is the case in Loja Cidadaos in Faro.

I see that it has the same owners as the Mexican in Faro, which can be very hit and miss. Hope the standard is more consistent in the Tavira one.

Definitely a "pigs will fly first" situation. We are in the Eurozone. That's it. Austerity plans of one ilk or another will have to bring the needed remedies, not reversion to a standalone...
