Wouldn't bother me if I never saw Bangkok again - it was OK but just another big busy city.
Koh Samui was great though....

Re mortgages, like anywhere else the bank simply want to know you can afford the re-payments....

Ah, yes, it'd surprise you what I know, AC! :p

I'd work on about € 150 a week if you need all-day care. I believe the overtime rates (if you're even a bit late leaving work) can be quite punitive....
