Yeah, could be. Thing is you normally (in Europe) have to get it supplied and fitted by a elec supplier in order to do the buy-back solution, so buying it 3rd party, although cheaper, might not be...

Hi there, yes he does ... very good too !

He has a well stocked nursery on HWY 5 about 1/2 way between Wellhouse and Merricks. It's actually adjacent to the road, on the right if you are heading...

Thing is though its in the bedrooms, not in the lounge or dining room. There is a constant breeze and the ceilings in the lounge are 40 ft high with french doors to keep the place airy. Its the using...

I have a bit of a problem. I rent my home in St Philip out to holiday-makers for short term rent... Basically 1 week/2 week etc etc.

I always ask the guests to respect...

For what it's worth, for my 3 bed house in six roads it cost me about 20k£ to furnish totally everything inside and out from a combination of DD, Workbench, Dwellings, Courts, Dacosta, Pricesmart,...

Just to let you know that a lot of the cheaper Designer Decor furniture is made on the island by a guy in a workshop in the small trading estate just off Six Roads.

I met up with him a while back...

Use HiFX ... better rates ... but still crap compared with a year ago... I got 3.3 yesterday and 3.7 about 7 weeks ago and nearly 4 this time last year

In fact if you ignore the West coast and look East then you can buy a 3 bed, 3 bath brand new with a decent sized pool, furnished and lasndscaped for less than 150k£ !

I have a house in Barbados ... Near Six Roads. It's gained about 30% to date since building began last year to completed, landscaped and furnished a few weeks ago

If you have about 75k£ to spare...

I use First Caribbean as well. But then as previous stated I'm a Barclays customer as well, so opening an account was pretty easy. That said, I did have to bring 3 forms of ID and be there in person....
