The potencia contratada is 8 8 KW which seems high compared to most of you. I don't know why - its a 3 bed/2 bath apartment not a huge villa.

Think I'm in trouble!
I bought a UK registered car in Spain, RHD, from an ex-pat'.
The car was kosha & came with a new 2 year Spanish m.o.t.
