That certainly is the case Shirlw, but PR is not the quickest or easiest route from what I can tell, plus it would be nice to have work lined up on arrival!

I am a trained and experienced Flooring Installer/Carpet Fitter and at the beginning of the year I tried just about every carpet and flooring store in and arounf Brissie and Sydney trying to find one...

Yes, you can learn a language - I speak with sufficient fluency to work with the french and for my french clients.

And yes, you can learn the system - I don't remember saying that you couldn't,...

Exactly, but as difficult as it is, It's far far easier if you speak the language and understand how the system works!

What ever you are paying for food in the Uk will pay the same amount in France. Food is not any cheaper, unless you grow it yourself of course, and certainly not a better quality.
