Thanks yes just needed it confirmed..recently noticed in her old passport a Residence Permit ,I new that her Spouse visa would be lost.we are at the moment on the SS rout in Malta with hopefully only...

If my wife gained a Residence permit Indefinite leave to remain in 2008.
Then in 2009 we emigrated to Australia and were there for 5 years..what now is her status..as we have been out of the country...

We are here in Malta to do the SS Route have rented a flat and now found out we will not have our utilities in our name. Apparently most landlords only put one tenant on paperwork to avoid...

Yes my kids have British passports. When we all arrived via Miami originally yes we had ESTA visas but not on the return,so yes we would need to get up to date ones.we did travel on our Oz...

Yes its got worse and worse out there obviously when my family first arrived it was nowhere near like it is.An illegitimate government that makes their own rules as they go.

I did call the solicitor she said she had advised before but never heard back if they were successful. Im going to get a second opinion today. Dont want a denied visa im sure that wont help any...

Yes she did have ILR and yes we have been out of the country 5 years.
She did live in the UK for 7.5 years and our children were born there.
Dont know if there have been many successful visas...

Yes I do have a solicitor and she seems to think I have a good case..
Was just after maybe an answer as it was the weekend and not being able to get in touch with solicitor..

What to do!

Our plan was to leave Australia on 24th August as we did.
My wife and kids would spend a few days in Uk then fly to Malta to spend two weeks with her sister
