Can anyone let me know if my Uncle can sponsor me in the Family Class - he seems to think it will be fine where as I am reading the words differently.

What if it is the police? do they need to get the job approved by HRSDC?
We have enough points without the job offer to apply but don't want to wait the years the visa office are taking to process...

We can't afford to go out on a work permit as my husband will not get a job till he is a PR, he is applying to the Police and they can only employ him if he is a PR - so we stuck here until our visa...
