Haha - sorry - in savings i am only taking £3000 (that HAS to cover everything)

we have been looking at rental accomdation, moving in September - some of the places are really nice + are at quite good prices! only about 3k for the first month, do you reckon that will be ok? so...

Whats it like during the winter times? my friend says its freezing and i am worried that i might be coming out at the wrong time of year! x
