Can you tell me please if you have to pay for tax if you bought midway through the year please. ie if you bought in June would you have to pay tax for the year or would it be part year?

Hi just to let you know I believe the telephone line is already there you just need to connect it. apparently some-one in an apartment behind ours used Telefonica paid 80 euros connection then 40...

not sure I have seen the telephone sockets in Bedroom and living room will look into and get back to you, sorry for being vague only just got keys never really thought about installing aphone etc

Hi i have a brand new 2 bed 2 bath apartment for rent in Playa Flamenca 5 minutes from the commercial centre if you are interested let me know (you would have to sort out the phone etc)
