Good luck! We got our PR Visas April 2005 and put the house on the market... we arrived for good in September 2007... The UK house market was full of time wasters and total idiots! Hope you don' have...

Thanks happynz, got the PR visa's through in just four weeks... were expecting it to take 9 - 12 months. Need to get jobs when we get there if not before, but that's not linked to the Visa...

Long story short...our big move to NZ has been in the pipeline for nearly 3 years. The permanent residence visa's were the easy bit for us, it was the selling of the house...
