I get mine from Victor York www.victoryork.com

They are based in Singapore and one of the guys comes to Dubai regularly. The shirts are great and last a long time. Shirts cost around $200-300.

The person renting the property has to pay for it.
If you leave it empty as well you get a reduction of 50% I believe but you may as well be renting it out

it all depends on the villa tbh. I have done interior fit outs in lakes, meadows, springs, emirates hills and the palm. worst places for shoddy workmanship was on the palm! not the springs. never had...
