Absolutely not, the principal applicant cannot land for everyone. Each applicant must land but the principal applicant must land first.
You have 12 months from the date of medical to do...

When we landed in Calgary in August, we had 3 copies of our goods to follow list prepared.
We gave them 2 copies and they attached a sticky bar code to all 3, and gave us one copy back....

I got my OC to write a letter saying Id been in the army for x amount of years with x amount to go, and just had it printed on headed paper etc so it look...
