Personnally I'd go for commute, and live in the berbs...the high school in Tawa (which is where I am?) has a good reputation!

Mine is only 10...and not the sportiest kid on the block, but has had chance to join lots of sports clubs, lots of stuff with school etc, sure it'll be the same for you...:o

I did the should we, shouldn't we thro lots of 05, we moved in jan 06...and apart from a marriage split and the pain of that, have no regrets...the time difference for calls to the uk is confusing,...

Hi. Welington and area is a fantastic place to live...great train links, and easy to get around! I live in Tawa, between Well and Porirua, good range of schools, lots of nursery schools etc too,...

My son is also a July born...he's 1996...and is in year 6 now. He'd move up to Intermediate in Feb, after the long summer holiday, so you daughter will be year 5 now, with another 18 months or so at...
