So let me get this straight = it can be done if france????? if tyhe answer is yes then how can we be sure the solicitor who draws it all up knows his law inside out?...

What if we put the property and everything into the names of the children in the first place??

Great to hear from you. We got back at 0700 hrs this morning + we had an extra 24 hours in Calgary as our flight was cancelled.
