My hubby got laid off I want to know if he can apply for unempolyment compensation or it consider a public charge?

hi all


I'm filling the I-485 based on marriage!

My sponsor is a conditional Green card holder !

Can he sign the Affidavit of support? since my husband doesnt meet the income requirment !

filling and notrize I-865
he had his passport stamped with conditional status and he have to remove it in 2 year of marrige.

I think you can resubmitt another motion within 30 days or 33 days if they mail to you the denial.
