We had to get Rui to sort out the mess that Marisa got us into when selling our place. Horrendous experience. Fortunetly Rui came to our aid. Used Rui a few times and the staff are very friendly.

This is Portugal. You cant compare the fees with England. I just used a quality estate agent and paid the going rate of 5% as advised by our lawyer and sold within twelve months for FULL...

We have the other wine and agree it is good. We did get it in Spar in S B Messnes once, but dont allways get up there. I have seen it in a bar near Fuseta. Might have to ask where she gets it....

The fact remains that if you own property in PT and not resident then you need a fiscal rep and rates is the one bill that must be done through your PT bank account. I think you would be better...
