There are hardly any furnished units - you will have MUCH more choice if you look for unfurnished;

Dont worry about finding a furnished rental. There are furniture rental companies. I used Academy Appliance Rentals:

Your ETA will automatically be revoked once your 136 is granted.... but then once the 136 is granted you dont need the ETA anyway.

I've been told that as long as you dont work you can go on an ETA...
