There are hardly any furnished units - you will have MUCH more choice if you look for unfurnished;

I'm in Redcliffe, just up from Suttons Beach.

Dont worry about finding a furnished rental. There are furniture rental companies. I used Academy Appliance Rentals:

I've been told that as long as you dont work you can go on an ETA...
