i realised when i had "no response" ..it was the way i worded it...therefore i started a new thread but AD took pride in telling me i would...

yeah it looks like i have been unfortunate with buffalo.

i havent had any issues before with the expat site and like you said everyone generally helps each other but there are occasional smart...

it still states the same ......it expedites the process to permanent residency ....unless its me thats not understanding the meaning of expedite.

it says nothing about the process to pr through...

yes your right ....employer sponsorship and the fact that you dont have to re apply for an lmo to get a new work permit!

but it also says it fast tracks the route to permanent residency..please...

i have always been led to beleive the whole idea of going through a provincial nominee program was that it fast tracked the process to permanent residency .....otherwise whats the point?

how long...

2010 applications for pr with ainp approval and currently living in alberta!

I am currently (impatiently waiting) on some sort of acknowkedgement of receipt or medical request from buffalo.

Our AINP nomination was approved on 1st februaury 2010...all pr paperwork sent to...

although i am led to beleive through further research that with the ainp our pr application is fast tracked and that our aor is our med request.....i just hope that not...

wow...that is very quick!

have you applied through fsw route or ainp?

we sent our pr paperwork off to buffalo where they told us to send with our ainp sponsorship..waiting on med request or at...

we have just extended our work permit and received yesterday.
we had both a valid lmo and an ainp sponsorship so we knew we would get it but it still seemed to take a while.
our wp expired on march...

I know the waiting is hard........This is our 3rd year in Canada and still havent got pr ...should be this year though!

From reading other posts ....the average seems to be about 5 months after...
