was just about to suggest that the issue might be an email address that is so obviously not in a delivery area.
So .es is ideal but maybe other ambiguous ones (like gmail or outlook) will work but...

Yes you are correct, we find Carrefour disappointing in their IT, it seems odd that such a big company, obviously sales driven are not capable of handling overseas email...
