well done for getting your registration.
i applied for the BC registration in aug 2005 and i was eligible to write exam from dec 2005 and write it within 3 yrs.
just sent off payment to do the CRNE...

derbyshire is great too. high peak area is beautiful and you can still get to stockport, manchester, sheffield, macclesfield and derby. reasonable house prices too!

the govt wants to introduce this 25 yr fixed mortgage product as a US import.
culturally, brits will not go for that unless the rate was about 4%.

the Uk is unique in the fact that we have thousands of mortgage products and one of the few countries whereby we can extract our equity, tell the banks we are doing home improvements, do not provide...
