He's thought that through himself, he knows he cant just get on a plane to come back to England. We have said we will give it 2 years when we get over there and then decide if we come back to England...

I was told if you have a clause on your visa then the main applicant needs to validate first - we dont have any clause so the agent said that I should still go and validate - which I did.

No my husband didnt validate - but on Vevo it states that his is in effect.

I thought with it not being validated by him that the vevo website would say his is no longer active, but it doesnt.
