Citizenship ceremony - can you choose venue ?

I've been a PR for 6 or 7 years now, would like to go ahead and get citizenship.

My wife (aussie) tells me of the day they had a funnel-web spider in the house. The cat and it were in a sort of mexican stand-off; the spider up on it's haunches, not really bothered by the cat.
