Yes you can you will need to prove your relationship but I know someone in Oz who has done this recently!! You will have to validate the visa and be living there but it can be done!

They wouldn't have sent them apparently if not happy even after further reports which I assume you had? We do not have any medical conditions but now I am worried too. Glad I am not alone though!
