haha...welcome to the Maritimes. -35C windchill tonight (breaking all kinds of records this week) and then +10 Sunday. Get used to it. Winters can get pretty funky around here.:thumbup:

My evidence simply comes from having grown up in Québèc and knowing the attitude there. The Provincial Government at the moment is a Federalist Government. However, bureaucrats are still the same....

Schools depend on exactly which part of town you live in. As soon as you are here, just ask your neighbours. Which part of Summerside?

Prince County Hospital is right in town, no problems for...

Québèc, possibly more than any other Province, respects Human Rights above all other things. Unless it is about language. French Quebecers believe themselves to be more tolerant than anyone else....

you'll have to hop on over to western PEI, you being so close. Used to live in Antigonish, just up the road from you in NG. Great area, BTW, Cape Breton is only about 1.5 hours from...

all things considered, we have very civilized bugs. None that can kill. The info given from that ONE small section of Alberta is just that, from one small section of AB.

not an ex-pat, but dyed in the wool Canuck. All the ancestry from the Isles but nearest emigrant in the family was 2 generations ago.
