Cheers, but I already tried to appeal, they turned it down based on the fact that I told them they were over paying me when I made these calls so therefore I knew I was being over paid ! Shame they...

I told then for 3 years the payments were incorrect, but they kept paying me and telling me it was correct. How could I determine what was rightfully mine and what was there's if they didn't accept...
