Hi all,
my 16 year old granddaughter needed to leave the UK due to going down the wrong path and being bullied and leaving home, we put her on a plane and now have her here with us on a tourist visa...

Actually it’s for the 342411 cabler data and telecommunications occupations.
it’s so difficult to get started, knowing what to put down on paper

Sorry I meant the 190 visa for the Cabler, so if he did a intense 4 day course and got his certificate would it count when he applies for the visa As he has been doing The job...

Hi guys,

my son is a Cabler/fibre optic splicer by trade in the uk.

He been in the area for the past 12 years but doesn’t have any certification just on job training and learning by working....

Hey was just wondering, when filling out the forms for last remaining relative it asks about aunts and Uncles. Do we put Aunts/Uncles by marriage or just by blood?

I see what you are saying but he is not my sibling he is my son and his siblings are already here, also in order to qualify for a last remaining relative visa you cannot have anymore near relatives...

think we are down too either trying to find a sponsor as his job is on the CSOL or a bit more training to get him through as a telecom tech on a PR.

I cannot believe that it takes 14years for last remaining relative visa, my son needs us now he would be just over 40 by then how on earth is he expected to stay single for 14years :rofl: seems this...

Hi, does any one know how long it would take for my son whom is 27 to be granted a 115 visa he is our only son left in the uk on his own and meets all the requirements.

we keep doing that but it keeps saing can only do it 24 48 hrs before flight. o well never mind thanks for help anyway.
