Does a Policeman come under Notary public then?!
Also, my brother is in the Police in Perth, would he be able to certify as the document says nothing about "no relations" etc.

On this subject can someone list the people who CAN act as certifiers? I presume they cannot be anyone related to you if they are on the specified job?

Believe so.
Found we can get a new 'original' certificate, howver may take 4-6 weeks to come through...hmmm maybe best to play the waiting game!:curse:
