has anyone used ACE insurance? i found them through google and they seemed to be offering pretty cheap backpacker insurance..about half the price of BUNAC.

police check and a medical! is that the norm? How can they charge that much? do you know how long after the forms were sent to the high commision that they asked you for a medical?

I sent mine at the beginning of Jan but still have yet to hear anything apart from that it is at the high commision and then...
