Am I assessed or not ?

Peter and all other helpful people out there,

Sent in my application to DIMIA in early October 2002.
On March 12, 2003, MODL changed and I lost 5 points and now I do not have 115.

My question...

do they inform you ??

Steven,

How do you know whether you have been assessed or not ? Do they inform you ? I applied in October 2002 and I don't know whether my application was assessed prior to March 12 2003 or not ??...

-Dependent upon MODL to get to 115
-assessed by ACS for IT Manager
-Refused STNI by Vicoria
-IT Manager goes out of MODL

I just have to wait in the regular DIMIA queue and hope that the points barrier does not go up beyond 115 and also that my chosen profession (1224-11, IT Manager) does not fall off...

Received bad news yesterday from Victoria...

STNI was rejected (1224-11, IT Manager)....

For all those with similar situations, something to be concerned about...

Hi all,

As I wrote in another thread:

after being assessed by ACS, I applied for STNI Victoria (1224-11, IT Manager) in mid-November 2002....no news yet....

what does it mean ? could it be...

When DIMIA quotes 50+ weeks to process, how much of that is actual processing time ?? Does your application lie on someone's desk for weeks and months ?? How many hours or days does a case officer...
