If they go the DCF route the spouse adjusts status at POE (Port of entry). Not when the IV is issued. Therefore it is when the alien spouse enters the US and "activates" the status which counts, not...

Foe science at any reasonable level it all changes to Kelvin anyway...... so it becomes irrelevant.

Do you mean gas is sold in the US in litres/liters? Or the UK? It's not sold in liters...

Hmm. Yes and no. USPS employees are Federal employees. Mamagement are salaried and non management are hourly paid (and eligible for union coverage).

However, the USPS does not receive any tax...

The dircective for USPS post offices is that the wait time should be no more than 5 minutes for service, I can only recall our failing to meet that target...
