I have valid E3 visa till Feb 2018. I also have applied for i485 with my advanced Parole pending. Can I travel overseas for 2 weeks and enter back in USA with my E3 Visa?

It seems ENS is quite good option that would save time as I assume ENS
is quicker and could be granted onshore ( ?? ).

I applied for 136, got refusal and finally dropped into pool. As
currently I'm in 457 working onshore, is is possible for me come out of
the pool by persuading my employer to do ENS for me....
