you have to bring your picture(1) as specified, your passport and your current immigration document.(like visitor's record, student/working visa..etc.)

The interviewer did not ask...

I am sure you can get married in Canada and it is not illegal.

You have to apply for a Student Visa if you are going to go to school. You cannot study in Canada with a visitor(tourist) visa.

I read canadian korean community newspaper saying -in these days it takes longer time to get an PR card for person who is applying in canada. "A" who applied last January for PR in Canada as a spouse...
