I have a BES account and have for years.

When my balance was a bit higher there were no charges but when it dropped they started charging a maintenance/admin fee.

I was unhappy about these...

I 100% agree. I have definitely decided to let a probate lawyer handle this. There is no way I am going to try and attempt this situation.

Our chickens are not laying as many eggs at present. Maybe 1 to 3 per day. We have 22 chickens and 1 rooster. The eggs that are layed have either been pecked or sat on.

I know a Portuguese builder in Santanna de Serra, 20 minutes from Ourique. He said that you shouldn't pay more than €500 per square metre.
He has done a bit of work for us and I can say he is good.
