You would need to have a positive TRA assessment, I was lucky as mine was issued before the job ready came into play, if you don't have a TRA assessment pre Jan 2010 I believe you would...

To claim exceptional circumstances you have to prove that your employer cannot find anyone within Australia or outside with 3 or more years experience. In my case I had been trained by the head chef...

Our ENS visa was granted yesterday, we lodged the application on the 5th Feb at the melbourne office, so hopefully you should hear aswell shortly.

Unbelievable....we came out here January 1st 2008 on a student visa and can now actually say that on the 22nd March 2010 (2 years and 3 months) we are now Permanent Residents!!!!!:eek:
