We faxed them two weeks ago to 'respectfully' ask if they had received everything as we were concerned that it had been 5 months since taking our medicals but as is their way, we have not received...

Thank you once again for invaluable advice. We are not expecting any improvement! One thing I should say is, if we do get the opportunity to sponsor my mum we will not expect anything...
