We faxed them two weeks ago to 'respectfully' ask if they had received everything as we were concerned that it had been 5 months since taking our medicals but as is their way, we have not received...

Thank you once again for invaluable advice. We are not expecting any improvement! One thing I should say is, if we do get the opportunity to sponsor my mum we will not expect anything...

Thank you for your response. I believe families in Canada have been campaigning / protesting for the backlog of 'parent sponsorship' applications to be dealt with as well as trying to get...

On the same subject, do you know how long the process will take? I have heard it can take at least 5 years!!
