The syndol we can buy in the UK over the counter are 450mg Paracetamol,
10mg Codeine and 5mg Doxylamine Succinate, so sounds a bit like the night time strength Mersyndol.

Thanks for that, sounds as if the night time strength of Mersyndol is the same as the Syndol we buy over here as they contain Doxylamine Succinate, although they only come in one strength over here...

I have to take high dosage of tramadol and strong muscle relaxants for a chronic medical condition, but they are no use for the migraines. Tramadol have very little effect on me at all, don't know...
