its a different division of AC (Air Canada) that deals with animal transport now so you need to contact Air Canada Cargo (Air Canada Cargo/Live to be more specific) to get pets transported, basically...

I would call Defra's helpline if I were you (local rate number on their website) as they were very quick and efficient answering my questions as to requirments of both countries and each different...
