i'm not quite sure if its right but i would assume it's a trade certificate if he obtained whilst employed and the employer paid for it ? maybe others on here will be able to clarify.

Ive gone ahead and got myself a return ticket for after the wedding date to be on the safe side. I still think its a waste of money even as im applying for inland sponsorship... oh well. 3weeks to go...
