PR will expire soon

Hi :),
My PR will expire in March 16 , 2014 and I plan on moving to Australia permanently just few days before it get expired (March 5 , 2014) , I spent only few days (initial entry) in Australia...

this will be my last resort , but moving to Australia in this case (i think) will not fulfill the "usually resident" requirement , i think i have to find a job , accommodation … which means loooong...

Thanks moneypenny20 , but your hasband is an Australian Citizen while I'm PR and it seems that this apply only on those who have PR as in the quoted statement above ...

3- HR country
4- J2EE developer (programmer) it is MODL and CSL
5-visa granted 16-3-2009 :thumbsup: and has to be validated before 19-6-2009 :confused:
