I have found local hospital services v good, health centers vary from area to area.
I'd suggest you try and get employment first before even starting to look for a place to rent...

The wine and beer is toooo cheap so you have to drink lots!
same for food!!!
Sun too hot so not healthy - you need dull rainy days on your pale skin.
