Just to clarify - I have never physically handed in my I-94 - basically when the check-in person check your passport they remove the I-94. I normally have a quick glance to make sure it was taken...

When you enter you should have a white I-94 card placed in your passport. The point of entry official will scribble an expiry date on to your I-94 card. This may or may not be the same...

Tom Tom maps aren't that great for the US. Garmin or Magellen use a better map as their source (accuracy wise). The Tom Tom maps look better but they are not as accurate. TomTom uses TeleAtlas...

I don't want to get wrapped up in the arguement - but with regards to going back and getting an L1 visa ... as long as Fidelity are still interested and as long as you left them within the past three...
