Hi,

I am 45 and have a skilled occupation in demand.
Is there any way I can gain immigration or is it just a fact that at 45 I`m on the scrap heap?

I am appling via PNP.I noticed that my future employer offers 2 tea breaks a day however these are not paid.Is this the norm?
I also get lunch break(1/2 hour) also unpaid but that is obvious.
