You could try Cafe Nawab or The Spice of India in Benidorm, both are pretty good Indian Restaurants. Only 10 mins from Altea too ;)

I am wondering whether to ask about the possibilty of an unpaid 'sabbatical' from work for 6 months to try it out first.
