Yeah, fair enough, so I phoned today at 5pm, got the same reply, nobody is available, it does say on the website, speak to an adviser today, call now, so maybe that is misleading, no offence meant to...

I agree, your husband needs to work. You might get schooling free for one, but not the other two. Your accommodation is likely to be a one bedroomed apartment, not very comfy for 5 of you

I recently had the misfortune to visit a pet shop in al barsha, they are selling stray cats for 1000 aed, and they think this is okay, I have alerted feline friends, unfortunately my little girl died...
