what about all those passport/visa agencies who, for a small fee, offer a very fast 2-3 day service? i found a few in london.

im asking such questions because there are major holes in this so called net we call 'stricter security controls' since 9-11.

other than the check in counter, will anybody else look at my passport?

i know canada and u.k dont stamp passports when exiting each country, respectively. and i dont recall ever being asked for...

yes thats what i meant.... but are you sure about that??

cause i was under the impression that only when a passport is swiped that they have your entry/exit record on the computer.

in other words, both the u.s and canada record ENTRIES. ok fair enough.

but do they record EXITS??

so if youre canadian, did you have to show canadian border control and id when exiting canada...

the u.s/canada proximity and the common language make it easier for the u.s and canada to exchange info. so a background check isnt very difficult.
