I think I'd been thinking that it would be nice for the baby to have instant dual citizenship but then if we go along that road to citizenship then the baby will obviously come with...

That's really helpful to know. As you say, maybe we're better waiting to apply once this baby is born and then just putting the baby on the application.

You need to chill about these medical things. They really are nothing unless you've got a life-threatening disease - in which case you should worry about that rather than your medicals....

We picked up our X-rays and forms and the envelope wasn't sealed. We had a good look at them. Nobody seemed to mind (including the doctor doing the medicals). Don't think I'd worry too much.
